Zero-friction mistake capture. Analyzes recent conversation to extract lessons learned and stores them in global beads. Use when user says '/oops', 'save this mistake', 'remember this', or after fixing a bug.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Analyze recent conversation to identify what we were trying to do, what went wrong, root cause, how we fixed it, and tags.
  • Create a bead stored at ~/.claude and organize it with a descriptive title and metadata for future retrieval.
  • Confirm and surface the lesson, enabling quick querying via /lessons and related commands.
