What problem does it solve?
This skill automates the processing of standup notes inside Obsidian and ensures JIRA is populated automatically when the JIRA section is empty, enabling teams to move from meeting notes to actionable issues with minimal friction.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Automatic JIRA population: If the ## JIRA section is empty, fetch sprint items and group them by assignee.
- Team-based workflows: Detects Green Standup vs Magenta Standup and runs pre-meeting or post-meeting workflows accordingly.
- Attendee mapping & People profiles: Extracts attendees from notes, creates missing People profiles, and updates Obsidian links.
- Transcript handling: Processes transcripts, cleans formatting, generates summaries, and attaches updates to JIRA items mentioned.
