What problem does it solve?

This Skill processes general (non-standup) Obsidian meeting notes by extracting attendees, creating People profiles, cleaning transcripts across multiple formats, and generating or augmenting structured meeting summaries for Copilot workflows.

• Attendee Extraction: Identify attendees from screenshots or linked People profiles and populate attendee lists.
• People Profile Creation: Create and link avatar-backed People profiles for new attendees.
• Transcript Cleaning: Normalize Teams transcripts across four formats (direct paste, downloaded, docx-converted, simple markers) into a unified ## Transcript section.
• Copilot Summary Handling: Detect existing Copilot summaries and preserve or augment as needed.
• Summary Generation & Augmentation: Produce a structured meeting notes section with Decisions, Actions, Open Questions, and Key Points; augment existing notes when a Copilot Summary exists.

Quick Start

• Ensure the meeting file contains ## Transcript and an Attendees list referencing [[Last, First|First Last]].
• Run the Obsidian meeting general workflow: extract attendees, create missing People profiles, clean the transcript (choose the appropriate script based on transcript format), and generate or augment the summary.
• Example: Process the file ~/Documents/Obsidian/HPE/Meetings/2026-01-28 - Team Sync.md to produce a clean Transcript and a Copilot-style summary.
