This Skill automates the triage and promotion of archived observations by guiding a structured SCAN-TRIAGE-PROMOTE workflow, reducing manual effort and ensuring consistent handling of observations.

  • SCAN: Identify archived items with pending observations.
  • TRIAGE: Classify each observation by category, action, and priority with input validation.
  • PROMOTE: Execute actions such as spawning investigations or work items, storing insights, or flagging items for discussion, and update triage_status for traceability.

Quick Start

Manual invocation: Skill(skill="observation-triage-cycle"). Via recipe: just triage-observations. Scheduled: can be invoked during heartbeat or session-end to process pending items.
