What problem does it solve?

Configures NovaDB forms — inspects form layouts, creates forms, edits field lists, sets up conditional visibility, and links forms to object types. Use when the user wants to view or modify form configuration.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Inspect and modify form layouts (typeForm 50) using formContent (5053) to control which fields appear and in what order.
  • Configure conditional visibility with formConditionAttribute (5054) and formConditionRefs (5055) to show or hide tabs based on attributes.
  • Link forms to object types using objectTypeCreateForm (5001) and objectTypeDetailForms (5002) to manage single or multi-tab detail views.
  • Support advanced workflows with formIsSingleEditor (5056) and condition objects types (170-176) for complex configurations.
