Automates the process of publishing approved product briefs from the briefs/ folder to Notion, ensuring consistent structure and governance for briefs used in product planning and alignment.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Guardrails for publishing: Prompts for required information (Team and Product) before publishing to enforce ownership and classification.
- Notion page creation: Creates a new brief page in the Notion Projects database from a predefined template to standardize formatting.
- Inline databases for tracking: Creates and embeds inline User Scenarios and Deliverables Tracker databases under the correct sections to support traceability.
- Post-publish hygiene: Repositions the created databases to their designated sections, preserving page structure.
Quick Start
Publish an approved brief from briefs/ to Notion by running the Notion Brief Publishing Skill and confirming Team and Product when prompted.
