  • Structured normalization: converts free-form idea.md into a standardized idea_normalized document.
  • Run tracking: creates runs/<RUN_ID> with drafts, open questions, and final outputs, plus per-idea manifest updates.
  • Interactive Q&A: captures user answers and stores them under inputs/normalizer_answers.md for traceability.
  • Outputs & provenance: writes to ideas/<IDEA_ID>/latest and runs/<RUN_ID>/idea_normalized.md for easy access.

Quick Start

Run /idea-normalizer <IDEA_ID> to generate a normalized idea document and track open questions.
