What problem does it solve?

This Skill automates the end-to-end workflow from a work item to a feature branch, PR, and an Evidence Pack, enabling consistent governance and faster delivery within the AI Coding Factory.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Create a feature branch per story (ACF-###) and link the corresponding work item.
  • Auto-generate a PR with standardized title/body and attach an Evidence Pack to support governance.
  • Produce audit artifacts (review packs, autopilot state) to streamline approvals and traceability.
  • Use cases include starting work on a story with immediate PR readiness and maintaining governance across teams.

Quick Start

Start autopilot for a story by running: python3 scripts/autopilot/autopilot.py start ACF-0123 --commit --push --draft
