  • Data Integrity: Prevents direct use of generic subjects for features like exams, grades, attendance, and timetables, ensuring context.
  • Use Case: When setting up a new academic year, use this Skill to first define which subjects are available for a specific class (Step 1) and then assign a teacher and schedule to those subjects for that particular year (Step 2).
