This Skill establishes foundational NASA-style documentation standards that govern all DeadManAI outputs, ensuring lifecycle governance, formal reviews, QA/QC, IV&V, configuration management, and actionable lessons learned.

• Lifecycle governance: maps and enforces formulation and implementation phases for all work items, linking to corresponding artifacts (Rxx, implementation docs, index, and lessons).
• Technical review gates: standardized entrance and success criteria (SRR/SDR/PDR/CDR/ORR) and templates to drive consistent quality.
• QA & IV&V framework: structured verification, independent audits, risk-based surveillance, and traceability checks.
• Configuration management and version control: baselines, change control, and document versioning to ensure reproducibility.
• Documentation templates: mandatory structure for research and implementation documents, including an index and lessons learned sections.

Quick Start

1. Create a new SKILL.md frontmatter with NASA-style fields as defined in the repository example (name, description, priority, scope, type, version, sources).
2. Draft the body following the Part I–V structure (Lifecycle, Technical Reviews, QA/QC, IV&V, CM, and Writing Standards) and include the mandatory sections and templates.
3. Run QA checkpoints (structure, content, citations, format, completeness) and perform the IV&V audit (Step 8).
4. Update the repository index and statistics, then set the Skill status to COMPLETE.
