What problem does it solve?
This skill provides a repeatable, end-to-end workflow to run Maven tests across a multi-module RDF4J project, ensuring consistent results and fast feedback during development and CI.

- Deterministic module-level test runs: clean the selected module, build with -Pquick, and verify the tests in that module.
- Flexible test selection: run full module test suites or target a specific test class or method, with optional integration tests via --it.
- Offline-friendly execution: use -o to run Maven offline and minimize external dependencies, while surfacing actionable failure reports from target/*-reports/.
