What problem does it solve?

This Skill enables users to organize Missive inbox conversations by applying existing labels and categorizing threads without creating new labels, reducing manual tagging effort.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Use existing labels only: Do not create new labels; apply labels from the existing taxonomy.
• Labels as filters, not descriptions: Labels should facilitate later search and filtering, not describe every aspect.
• 1-3 labels per conversation: Avoid over-labeling while maintaining useful categorization.
• Workflow-driven labeling: List available labels, understand the taxonomy, check existing labels, then apply them via Missive actions (e.g., add_shared_labels) to the target conversation.
• Query and retrieval: Use missive_conversations with shared_label to filter open conversations by label, combined with other filters as needed.

Quick Start

Label a conversation by applying an existing label such as "Needs Action" using the standard Missive labeling workflow.
