This Skill streamlines the process of managing work packages (WPs) within a project pipeline, allowing for easy movement between stages and clear visibility of project status.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Move WPs: Effortlessly transition work packages between defined lanes such as planned, doing, for_review, and done.
  • View Status: Get a clear overview of all features' progress with a terminal Kanban board.
  • List WPs: See all work packages associated with the current feature, along with their current lane and title.
  • Use Case: As a project manager, you need to move a feature's development tasks through the pipeline. Use /mine.wp move WP02 doing to advance the task, and /mine.wp status to see the overall progress.
