What problem does it solve?
Millwork projects generate many documents, CAD files, DXFs, cutlists, vendor records, and sample data that become hard to find, audit, and prepare for production. This Skill codifies a repeatable V8.0 folder structure, naming conventions, and filing rules so teams can reliably place contract originals, working CAD, pre-FO staging, and FO-bound production files where automated systems and shop tooling expect them.

- Project template creation: Deploy the 15-folder V8.0 project skeleton with system folders, junctions, and indexed metadata.
- Pre-FO staging and FO migration: Move pre-FO cutlists from _fo/staging/ into C:\FO{FO#} when an FO is assigned and enforce FO-based DXF naming.
- Naming and revision control: Enforce machine-parseable filename patterns, revision notation, and a revision archive workflow for drawings.
- Transmittals, samples, and AWMAC: Standardize submittals, _received/_source patterns, sample tracking, and AWMAC submissions to preserve traceability.
