Core Features & Use Cases
- Reuses steps from the resolve workflow to fetch tickets, analyze complexity, and plan, then executes dedicated coaching steps (06-08) for interactive mentoring, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Defines strict read-only boundaries for the mentor: it never writes code, only reads and guides via questions and prompts, ensuring safe, educational progress.
- Supports mode-based coaching (Progresser, Pilote, Autonome) with plan validation, coaching loops, and a final retrospective to consolidate learning.
Quick Start
Start the coaching flow by invoking /mentor <ticket-id> to begin a guided, code-free implementation session.
