Quick Start

在日常使用中，打开 mem-monthly Skill 并执行以下步骤：

第一步：读取本月L2更新，路径 AI_MEMORY/L2_行为层/ 下的内容
第二步：分析思维模式，寻找共同原则
第三步：提炼到L3，若发现新的认知框架，记录到 L3_认知层/月度认知框架.md
第四步：检查 L4 校准，必要时提示手动回顾
第五步：生成月报，输出到 AI_MEMORY/Meta/复盘记录.md
