This Skill automates turning rough meeting transcripts into clean, searchable notes and actionable briefings, saving analysts time.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Two-stage pipeline: Stage 1 ASR cleaning with dialect detection, chunking at speaker boundaries, and multi-format input (.txt, .docx, .pdf); Stage 2 full-context briefing producing per-company summaries with backlinks and Obsidian-friendly frontmatter.
- Batch processing & safety: Safe re-runs (skip-if-exists), retry mechanisms, and configurable retention thresholds.
Quick Start
Run the batch_process.py script to clean a directory of transcripts, then run the briefing step to produce per-company briefings.
