What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps users ensure MCP server configurations and credentials are consistent across every Mac, reducing setup time and configuration drift.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Server inventory: Lists configured MCP servers from mcp.json and displays their type.
  • Credential health: Verifies that required environment variables exist (or are provided via deep-env) and flags missing values.
  • Cross-machine sync: Reloads credentials from deep-env and applies environment variables to Claude Code sessions to enable seamless multi-device usage.

Quick Start

Check if required env vars are set: ~/.claude/plugins/marketplaces/Folly/skills/mcp-sync/mcp-sync.sh

List configured servers: ~/.claude/plugins/marketplaces/Folly/skills/mcp-sync/mcp-sync.sh list

Reload and verify: ~/.claude/plugins/marketplaces/Folly/skills/mcp-sync/mcp-sync.sh reload
