What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps maintain and validate repository skills across Codex/Claude skill directories, ensuring SKILL.md frontmatter matches the actual codebase and AGENTS.md rules; it reduces drift, automates updates, and generates a metadata-only available_skills block for runtime.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Audits all skill folders to verify that the YAML frontmatter name and description exist, are well-formed, and match the folder name.
  • Removes template cruft (README/INSTALL/CHANGELOG) from skill folders to keep the repository clean.
  • Updates triggers and generates an available_skills block to reflect current skills, enabling deterministic agent behavior.
