What problem does it solve?

This Skill simplifies the creation and editing of Unreal Engine materials by exposing MaterialService and MaterialNodeService in a repeatable, scriptable workflow.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Programmatic material creation: Build materials and material instances with consistent parameters and properties.
  • Graph construction and parameterization: Create nodes, set parameters, and assemble material graphs to achieve desired visuals.
  • Use Case: Automate the generation of materials for characters and environments, then compile and save assets in batch.

Quick Start

Create a basic material at /Game/Materials/M_Base and set a Vector BaseColor parameter named BaseColor to (R=1, G=0.5, B=0, A=1).
