What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps you identify drift in your dotfiles by comparing the live system configuration against the dotfiles MANIFEST, and to surface untracked changes that should be backed up or added to the manifest.

  • Drift detection: Compare live config files to the MANIFEST and flag differences.
  • Untracked config discovery: Locate user-edited files in common config locations not included in the manifest.
  • Guardrail checks: Highlight gaps in gitignore and .gitattributes handling of secrets.

Quick Start
