What problem does it solve?

This skill identifies whether your backlog and your team's time are focused on high-impact work by categorizing tasks into Leverage, Neutral, and Overhead so you can stop spending effort on busywork masquerading as strategy.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • LNO classification: Assigns each issue to Leverage (high impact), Neutral (routine), or Overhead (busywork) with concise reasoning.
  • Integrations: Can fetch issues from Linear or GitHub when connected and optionally apply leverage/neutral/overhead labels back to the source.
  • Manual input: Accepts pasted issue lists for one-off analyses or when MCPs are not configured.
  • Use cases: Sprint planning and backlog grooming to measure percent of leverage work, identify delegations or eliminations, and create action items to rebalance time allocation.

Quick Start

Apply the LNO framework to my current sprint to categorize issues by Leverage, Neutral, or Overhead and tell me whether my time allocation is healthy.
