What problem does it solve?

This Skill enables developers to implement a standalone Lightning wallet powered by Cashu mints, providing a complete end-to-end solution for receiving and sending payments, mint management, and transaction history.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Receive Lightning payments: Create mint quotes to generate Lightning invoices and convert them into Cashu-backed balance.
  • Send Lightning payments: Create melt quotes to pay Lightning invoices using wallet balance.
  • Mint management: Add, trust, or remove multiple Cashu mints and manage the active mint.
  • Audit-ready history: Track and display mint/melt transactions and wallet activity.
  • Lightning integration: Seamless support for Lightning addresses and BOLT11 invoices, with QR codes for invoices.

Quick Start

Install dependencies, initialize the wallet with IndexedDB-backed Coco, and run the UI to manage mints and start minting (receive) and melting (send) Lightning payments.
