What problem does it solve?

This Skill bridges the gap between your local file system and your Notion workspace, ensuring your academic materials are organized, accessible, and progressively summarized for efficient learning.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Smart Ingest: Automatically moves files to the correct course folders and registers them in Notion's 'BD_RECURSOS' database.
  • Progressive Summarization: Enhances study materials through four layers of summarization, from initial capture to executive summaries with active recall questions.
  • Resource Querying: Allows users to easily search and list their academic resources by course or topic.
  • Use Case: When you download lecture slides, simply tell Brain OS to save them, and it will place them in the right folder and add them to your Notion library. Later, you can ask it to progressively summarize these slides to prepare for an exam.

Quick Start

Use the library manager skill to save the attached file 'Linear Algebra Notes.pdf' into the 'Linear Algebra' course.
