What problem does it solve?

Automates the process of leveling up an existing Galactic Adventures RPG character by applying advancement rules from the character advancement table and race/class sections, ensuring consistent, rules-grounded progress.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Applies level-up benefits: Updates health, new features, and appropriate bonuses based on the chosen advancement type (Training, Learning, Race advancement, or Class advancement).
• Reads source rules: pulls input from the current character file in characters/ and consults the rules in @workspace .github/skills/rules/1-characters, 2-races, 3-classes, 4-psychic-abilities, and 5-equipment for possible options.
• In-place updates with changelog: updates the character Markdown file directly and appends a detailed Level Up changelog detailing the old vs new state.
• Guided decision prompts: presents available feats, features, and options and enforces required health and stat adjustments per table.
