What problem does it solve?

Provide a single, consistent view of many independent projects by registering each project's metadata, aggregating per-project state, and surfacing cross-project dependencies and health so program leads and producers can prioritize work and resolve blockers.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Portfolio Registry: Maintain a global portfolio.md registry with project paths, status, and metadata to discover projects from any working directory.
  • State Aggregation & Health: Read each project's .planning/STATE.md and .planning/ROADMAP.md to compute per-project progress, last activity, and a Green/Yellow/Red health assessment using defined rules and the execution-tracker formula.
  • Cross-Project Dependencies & Agent Allocation: Add/remove/check dependencies between project phases and map agent usage across projects to identify shared agents and division spread.
  • Use Case: A studio producer registers 20 microservice projects, views an aggregated dashboard to find blocking dependencies and reallocates agents to accelerate a critical release.
