What problem does it solve?
Onboarding documents are often unstructured and untrusted. This Skill extracts identity, ownership, control, and funds information from client and investor packets and returns a structured KYC record to power risk screening and compliance workflows.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Inventory & classify documents: Identify identity, entity formation, ownership, address, and source-of-funds documents.
- Structured JSON output: Produce a single JSON record with fields like applicant_type, legal_name, dob_or_formation_date, nationality_or_jurisdiction, registered_address, id_documents, beneficial_owners, controllers, source_of_funds, pep_declared, tax_forms, and documents_received.
- Gap detection for KYC review: Flag missing or expired items (e.g., ID expiry, outdated address proof, missing UBO information) to hand to rules engines.
- Use cases include onboarding for individuals, entities, or trusts, and feeding the compliance rules engine.
