What problem does it solve?

This skill automates the initialization of a Structured Implementation Workflow (SIW) by creating the siw/ folder, the main specification document, logs, and issue scaffolding, so you can begin issue-definition and implementation immediately.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Auto-create siw/ directory structure (spec, LOG.md, OPEN_ISSUES_OVERVIEW.md, issues/, supporting-specs/ if needed)
  • Prepare initial kickoff artifacts and templates to guide first-issue creation
  • Help teams bootstrap a repeatable, auditable planning process for complex work

Quick Start

Use the /kramme:siw:init command to initialize a new SIW workflow in your project. Then define the first issue with /kramme:siw:define-issue and begin implementing with /kramme:siw:implement-issue
