What problem does it solve?

This Skill enables running multiple SIW (Structured Issue Work) tasks in parallel by forming an autonomous implementation team and assigning issues to teammates with explicit file ownership and a controlled workflow.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Parallel SIW planning: Identify READY issues and batch them into non-overlapping workstreams to maximize throughput.
  • Team-based implementation: Spawns an siw-implement team and coordinates per-issue tasks with plan approvals and status updates.

Quick Start

Use the /kramme:siw:implement-parallel skill to begin parallel implementation of all READY issues with no blockers. /kramme:siw:implement-parallel phase 1 /kramme:siw:implement-parallel P1-001 P1-003 G-002
