What problem does it solve?

This skill automates the creation of a handoff file to capture complete work state across sessions and enable seamless resumption, reducing loss of context.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Handoff file creation: Generates ${PHASE_DIR}/.continue-here.md with structured fields for phase, task, state, and decisions.
  • Session resumption: Preserves current progress, completed work, remaining tasks, blockers, and context to resume where you left off.
