What problem does it solve?
This Julia-based toolset provides a straightforward way to compute basic climate and hydrological variables such as shortwave radiation, longwave radiation, potential evapotranspiration, sunrise and sunset times, and humidity, enabling researchers to preprocess meteorological data for hydro-climate analyses.
