  • Forces of Progress Mapping: Analyze the four key forces (Push, Pull, Anxiety, Habit) that drive or resist product adoption.
  • Use Case: When developing a new feature, use this Skill to interview recent switchers to a competitor's product and map out the specific "push" factors of their old solution and the "pull" factors of the new one, alongside any "anxiety" or "habit" that might prevent them from switching to your product.
