This Skill helps teams identify Jobs to be Done for each target segment and run simulated customer interviews to uncover pains and insights.

• For each segment, formulates JTBD statements in the "When I ..., I want to ..., So I can ..." format.
• Simulates end-to-end customer interviews with both interviewer and persona roles to surface real-world pain points, context, and buying triggers.
• Produces structured outputs (context.yaml, interview summaries) to feed downstream discovery and product decisions.
