What problem does it solve?

This standalone skill reads end-of-phase artifacts (PRDs, task lists, changelogs, reviews, and fixes) and compiles them into a single, consumable Phase Summary document for stakeholders.

Quick Start

Run /jp-summary [phase-path] to generate the Phase Summary for the specified phase.
