What problem does it solve?

Critically review a Product Requirements Document (PRD) against the original prompt that produced it to surface gaps, contradictions, ambiguities, and feasibility issues before implementation begins.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Coverage assessment: compare PRD to prompt to determine whether each prompt item is fully, partially, or not addressed.
  • Requirement interview: present each requirement and gather feedback for edits, removals, or approvals.
  • Requirement-level evaluation: assess implementability, testability, completeness, and consistency per requirement.
  • Structural analysis: identify contradictions, ambiguities, missing edge cases, feasibility concerns, and scope inconsistencies.
  • Verdict generation: produce a PASS, REVISE, or ESCALATE verdict with an actionable review document.
  • Documentation: generate reviews/prd.md and guidance for next steps.
