What problem does it solve?

Map end-to-end user journeys to understand how users interact with a product, reveal pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

  • User Context: Persona, goal, trigger, and success criteria.
  • Journey Phases: Awareness, Consideration, Decision, Action, Retention.
  • Touchpoint Analysis: Actions, interface, thoughts, emotions, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Emotion Curve: Visualize user sentiment over the journey.

Quick Start

Provide a journey name and context (Persona, Goal, Trigger). I will produce a Markdown Journey Map including all phases, touchpoints, and an optional emotion curve.
