What problem does it solve?
The Job Review Skill automates evaluation of the project manager's effectiveness and the job orchestration system's health by collecting job data, git history, and script outputs to surface gaps, stale contexts, and improvement opportunities.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Automated data collection: Parses .claude/data.json, inspects recent git commits, and tests scripts for runtime issues.
- Five-dimension evaluation: Scores Job Quality, Evidence Chain, Growth Rate, Compute Distribution, and Context Hygiene with actionable GREEN/YELLOW/RED outcomes.
- Synthesis and application: Writes findings to job notes, produces an improvement backlog, and can suggest or apply fixes to PM skills and jobs.
- Use Case: Schedule periodic reviews to detect missing job steps/resources, stale focused jobs, or PM phase/order problems and generate maintenance jobs to address them.
