This Skill enables teams to manage and analyze JIRA issue relationships—linking issues, blockers, dependencies, and cloning with visibility and safety.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Get Link Types: list available link types and their directions
  • Link Issues / View/ Remove Links: create, inspect, and delete relationships between issues
  • Blocker Analysis: identify direct blockers, recursive chains, and critical paths
  • Dependency Graphs: export and visualize relationships in various formats (Mermaid, DOT, PlantUML, D2)
  • Bulk Operations & Cloning: bulk-link issues and clone issues with related data

Quick Start

Use the jira-as CLI to manage relationships:

  • List link types: jira-as relationships link-types
  • Link issues: jira-as relationships link PROJ-1 --blocks PROJ-2
  • View issue links: jira-as relationships get-links PROJ-123
  • Clone an issue: jira-as relationships clone PROJ-123 --clone-subtasks
