What problem does it solve?

This skill removes the manual, error-prone process of collecting loyalty program metrics, running ad-hoc SQL queries, and designing a branded PDF report by automating data collection, analysis, and formatted report generation for JeriCommerce programs.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Metabase-powered data collection: Executes ordered SQL queries via the Metabase connector to retrieve membership, passes, transactions, campaigns, events, web visits, engagement flows, tiers, balances, and rewards.
• Integration-aware reporting: Detects whether loyalty and rewards are managed by JeriCommerce or an external provider and conditionally includes full or reduced report sections.
• Branded PDF output & analyst narrative: Applies heuristics and a visual design system to produce a ReportLab-formatted PDF with executive summary, KPIs, tables, recommendations, and footnotes.
• Use Case: Run a complete program performance audit for a given program UUID/slug to produce a downloadable, client-ready loyalty performance report.

Quick Start

Generate a full PDF loyalty report for the program "Old Jeffrey" by providing its slug or UUID and requesting the skill to run the Metabase queries and assemble the branded report.
