Configure and manage iTerm2 workspace layouts across machines with a TOML config, separating private config from public scripts and templates.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Private config: ~/.config/iterm2/layout.toml
  • Public script: ~/scripts/iterm2/default-layout.py
  • Template: ~/scripts/iterm2/layout.example.toml
  • Tabs: multiple [[tabs]] with dir and optional names

Quick Start

Copy template, edit with your workspace paths, and restart iTerm2 to test layout changes.
