• Produce a concrete V2 plan that captures deltas vs prior plans and flags blocking unknowns.

Quick Start

Run the Iteration skill with required inputs (skill outputs 1–8, any prior plan, and templates under data/). The tool will output a populated Human Responsibility file and a V2 plan.
