What problem does it solve?
This Skill triages GitHub issues to determine what to work on next, enforcing hygiene checks, identifying actionable items, prioritizing by severity and age, and dispatching work to the issue-handler.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Hygiene verification: ensures issues have a project board status and that labels match their status.
- Actionable prioritization: categorizes issues into Actionable, Blocked, Backlog, and Needs QA, then prioritizes for dispatch.
- Downstream orchestration: invokes the issue-handler for each actionable item and maintains a structured dispatch report.
- Flexible triggers: supports manual checks, automated maintenance, and post-intake workflows across per-project queues.
Quick Start
Start triaging by running the triage command in your project: "Run issue triage" or "Check pending issues" to kick off the process. The dispatcher will read queue, perform hygiene, categorize, and dispatch to the handler sequentially.
