What problem does it solve?

Intent Layer deployments can drift over time as nodes and coverage degrade. This Skill provides a quick health snapshot to surface stale content, missing coverage, and misconfigurations before work begins.

  • Quick root health validation: verifies root node and immediate children for presence and basic correctness.
  • Staleness detection: identifies nodes and AGENTS.md items that age out beyond a threshold.
  • Coverage reporting: highlights directories or sections without corresponding AGENTS.md coverage.
  • Pre-work posture: integrates with session starts to ensure healthy state before tasks.

Quick Start

Run the quick health check at the start of a session to confirm system health:
