What problem does it solve?
Inline editing within the file browser preview pane lets you modify text without leaving the TUI, preserving context and file tree visibility.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Inline editing in the file browser preview pane using a tmux PTY backend, enabling edits with your preferred editor (vim, nvim, nano, etc.) without switching away from the file tree.
- Lifecycle management including entry/exit, dimension calculations, confirmation dialogs, and click-away handling to prevent data loss.
- Supports multiple editors and a safe exit flow with on-demand rendering of the editor within the preview area.
Quick Start
Enable the inline editor feature and open a file in the file browser to start editing.
