What problem does it solve?

This Skill automates the setup of project documentation scaffolding when starting a new project.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Docs scaffolding: Create .claude/CLAUDE.md, DECISIONS.md, and SESSION.md when missing.
  • Pre-commit integration: Install or remind about a basic pre-commit hook to encourage documentation discipline.

Quick Start

  • Run the init-project-docs skill on a new or un-documented project to bootstrap the docs.
  • If needed, review and customize .claude/CLAUDE.md and DECISIONS.md after generation
