What problem does it solve?
The inbox is for fast capture without friction. But items that stay there lose value: quick ideas fade, references become hard to find, and actions go uncompleted. Regular inbox processing keeps the capture system trustworthy and actionable.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Triage inbox items into appropriate PARA locations (Projects, Areas, Resources, Archive) or delete/keep as needed.
- For each item, analyze content, suggest a destination, and present user options to move or archive.
- When moving items, automatically add minimal frontmatter if missing to track processing metadata and ensure future traceability.
