• Read config.yaml to derive paths.audio_root and artist.name for destination construction.
• Construct and create the destination path as {audio_root}/{artist}/{album}/{filename}, then move the file.
• Support common audio formats (WAV, MP3, FLAC, OGG, M4A) with MP3 fallback handling and informative feedback.
