What problem does it solve?

This skill bridges the gap between high-level product intents (PRDs and RFCs) and actionable engineering work by generating CCP-grounded tickets with provenance and deterministic execution traces.

Quick Start

Use the idea-compiler with --prd PRD-XXXX or --rfc RFC-XXXX to generate CCP artifacts and draft RFCs, then emit tickets and promote to documents/ via the pipeline.
