  • Structured Onboarding: Guides users through a Multiple Choice Questionnaire (MCQ) to gather essential signals.
  • Persona & Domain Resolution: Analyzes user input to determine the optimal persona (vibecoder, floppy_engineer, enterprise_architect) and domain (dev, marketing, finance, office-ops, hybrid).
  • Governance Assignment: Sets appropriate strictness levels (assisted or strict) and workflow parameters.
  • Use Case: A new user joins a project and is unsure how to best interact with the AI. This Skill asks them a series of questions about their technical confidence, project type, and desired output style, then assigns them to the 'enterprise_architect' persona with 'strict' governance for a complex compliance-driven task.
