This Skill helps teams document and create Claude Code skills following the official format with proper YAML frontmatter, progressive loading, and Guild system integration patterns.

Quick Start

Create a new skill directory under guideline/shipped-skills with SKILL.md containing the required YAML frontmatter, then add optional DOCS.md, REFERENCE.md, and EXAMPLES.md as needed.
